250g softened butter 1 cup castor sugar BeatAdd in vanilla extract ½ cup oil½ cup maizena (corn flour) 2 cups flour or more for a soft dough. I added 3 cups.
Shape and bake. Roll in sugar whilst still warm.
I roll out thick rolls. Chill in fridge.Slice and bake.
