Perfect for a light meal
INGREDIENTS
Any type of fish can be used Hake, sole, haddock
Marinade
¼ cup Mayonnaise ¼ cup Nandos Pepper Sauce¼ cup Steers garlic sauce1 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic flakes1 teaspoon innapamans chilli & garlic1 teaspoon innapamans garlic & herb1 teaspoon crushed green chillies or more if you like it strong1 white teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon lemon juice preferably fresh2 tablespoon oil
1 onion cut into rounds1 tomatoe cut into rounds 1 medium green pepper into roundA handful of chopped dhania (coriander) Butter Dried parsley
METHOD
Wash & pat dry the fish. Mix all the ingredients besides the vegetables well. Marinate fish & place in a pyrex dish or oven tray that has been coated with spray & cook.Place onions, peppers & tomatoes over fish. Dot generously with butter & sprinkle dried parsely. Cover with foil & bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil & bake until the water has dried up but still saucy.
Serve with roti or garlic rolls. Enjoy.
