INGREDIENTS
The ideal way to use those extra bananas before going overripe
4 large bananas, mashed (or use 5 small bananas)⅓ cup melted butter
Mix together
Add:¾ cup sugar1 XL egg or 2 large eggs
Mix well.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon bicarb and a pinch of salt
Sift in1 ½ cups flour1 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Bake at 180°C
