For the filling 1 cup cubed chicken fillet Butter and olive oilSmall onion cubed Green pepper cubed 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon chicken spice ½ teaspoon black pepper 4 tablespoons @woolworths_sa Roasted Vegetable Pasta sauce (adjust to taste)Salt to taste
For the dough Arabic dough recipe1 cup water1 tablespoon yeast1 cup flour2 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon milk powder
Mix the above together and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Then add:2 tablespoon oil1 cup flour
Add the olive oil and butter to a saucepan. Add in the onion and peppers and sauté until soft and fragrant. Then add in the the garlic, red masala, chicken spice, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes then add in the pasta sauce. Allow to simmer for a further 5 minutes, taste for seasoning. Allow to cool .Divide the dough into small balls and roll slightly smaller than a saucer. Spread with tomato sauce, then place the chicken filling in the center and top with the grated cheese. Bring the edges together and seal in the center like a small ball. Brush with oil and sprinkle with dried parsley. Pizza bombs are ready to bake
