Caramelized onions- 2 red onions (sliced) 3 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1⁄4 teaspoon salt Pinch white pepper
Onions- Remove onion peel. Rinse. Cut onion in half lengthwise. Then slice. In a pan, heat oil, add the onions, fry on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until translucent and softened. Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture is syrupy. Season with pepper.
Brinjal- Dunk slices into lemon water so it does not brown. Sprinkle spices with a pinch of salt on slices and grill in oven till tender.
Place tomatoes on naan. Place caramelized onions, then grilled brinjal, then cheese, then peppers, then garnish with parsley. Bake in preheated oven on 180 deg till cheese is melted.
