INGREDIENTS
500g Pasta, cookedOil for drizzling... 5x Chicken Fillets, cut into strips.... 1/ 2 Cup Plain Yogurt Or 4x Fresh Cream Or Mayoinaise, 1/ 4 Cup Nando's Peri Peri - Lemon & Herb Sauce....I used the Extra Mild🌶️🌶️🌶️¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Spice¼ teaspoon Chillie Flakes¼ teaspoon Lemon & Herb Spice1/ 4 teaspoon Tikka Chicken Spice1 /2 teaspoon Paprika1 Cup Grated Cheese1x Garlic Clove3x teaspoon Butter, soft
METHOD
Cook the pasta & set it aside.Then add in a seperate bowl the chicken, cut into strips add the spices with the sauces. Marinade for 15 minutes. Drizzle with oil & bake this in the oven for 15 minutes on 190 degrees. Cool the chicken on the counter. In a large pyrex dot with soft butter, add the cooked pasta, then the chicken & top with grated cheese!!! ADD MORE SAUCE OVER BEFORE ADDING THE LAST LAYER OF CHEESE... Bake this in your oven until golden brown & the cheese has melted... Lovely with a toss salad & garlic bread.
