Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) & oil. Add in Taj Elachi (cardomom) few cloves peppercorns slit chillies 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin).
Add in 1 kg chicken pieces 2 tablespoon @sujees_gourmet_food Kholvad masala 1 tablespoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon crushed chillies Cook few minutes.Add in 1 cup liquidised tomatoesAdd 1 cup water.Cook 10 minutes.Add in 6 ¼ed & fried potatoes Add in 2½ cups washed basmati rice Add about 1 cup water.Cook 15 minutes.Steam in oven T 180⁰ for 40 minutes.Serve with dahi and sambals
