Marinate fish with the following:2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chillie paste 2 teaspoon salt ⅓ teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon huldi 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon lemon pepper lemon juice vinegar 2 tab oil 1 tab lemon juice crushed green chillies 2 teaspoon crushed red chillies
fry and set aside in a tray In a flat pot saute 2 onions in ghee (Clarified butter) and oil from the fish that u fried with jeera whole red and green chillies curry leaves till pink Ten add 2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chillie paste and 4 liquidised tomatoes 2 tab tomato puree 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon huldi 1 teaspoon dhana jeera 1 teaspoon crushed redchillies 3 teaspoon chillie powder lemon juice 1 tab vinegar Braise well till oil cums up add chopped dhania (coriander) and phudeenaand curry leaves Then add potatoes braise well add 4 cups water and 2 ½ cups washed basmati rice add salt for rice cook for 15 minutes on high Then cover with foil and place in oven to steam serve on a platter with fried fish and karchoomar and pickles 🌶🐟🐡Yasmin Tar
