INGREDIENTS
Marinade (1 hour)
½ kg White fish fillets cut into bitesize piecesJuice of half a Lemon1 teaspoon Garlic paste1 teaspoon Ginger paste1.5 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli pasteSalt to taste, we added 1 teaspoon Then AddSpices and coating1 teaspoon Chilli powder.1 teaspoon Green Chilli, minced½ teaspoon Cumin powder1 teaspoon Coriander powder1 tablespoon Curry leaves, finely choppedHandful of coriander leaves chopped.
2 tablespoon Gram Flour (Besan) 1 tablespoon Corn flour1 tablespoon rice flour or strong bread flour1 egg
METHOD
Mix all ingredients as above.Fry in small batch at 180°C until crispy. Around 5 minutes per batch.
INFO & TIPS
Finishing spice rub (optional)
1 tsp Chaat Masala
¾ tsp caster sugar
¼ tsp salt
