Oil for frying the fish roes and oil to cook the chutney I onion8 tamtotes 3 green chillies 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon jeer powder 3tbls chili powder ½ curry spoon masala1 teaspoon turmeric ¼ teaspoon food colouring1 stem of curry leafsSalt per your own usedhania (coriander)
Once the fish rose is boiled. Marnait with the salt, garlic, chili powder and a pinch of food colouring.and set that aside. Then u make the oil hot and start to fry the fish roes.Chutney.. Make oil hot in a pot. Add onion and curry leaf. Let that cook for a fee minutes. As you see the onion getting brown. Then add all your spices to the oil braise that for a few minutes then add your grated tamtotes with the chillies.. Let that cook for a while on low. Till all the water evaporate. Then you know your chutney is cooked. Then add your fried fish roes to that chutney and throw in some fresh dhania (coriander). Let it all simmer for another 10mins.with out touching it on low.. After that it's all ready to dish out.. With rice or roti.. Enjoy..
