INGREDIENTS
For the cake:250g butter350g sugar450g cake flour1&½ tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt350ml milk5 eggs2 egg whites1 tablespoon vanilla1&1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the glaze:½ can condensed milk1/3 Cup evaporated milk1 teaspoon ground cinnamon6 to 8 tablespoon Icing sugar or more (depending on consisty- I used alot more)
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180Cream together butter and sugar until fluffyIn a separate bowl, Sift together dry ingredients In a large measuring jug, whisk together milk, eggs, egg whites and vanilla.Add in the wet and dry ingredients to the creamed ingredients alternating between the two until incorporated into the batterPour mixture into 2 bundt pans and bake for 30 to 35mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.Allow to cool completely before pouring over the Glaze
For the Glaze, beat the condensed milk, evaporated milk and cinnamon well and add in the icing sugar. Add enough until desired consistency is reached, should be custard-like
