Cake Ingredients: -1 and ¼ cups Almond Flour- ¾ cup cocoa- ¾ cup sweetener of choice- ¾ teaspoon baking powder- ¾ teaspoon baking soda- 1 teaspoon vanilla essense- 3 eggs - ¼ cup almond milk- 2 and ½ teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter) For the ganache: - ½ cup fresh cream- 1 slab Canderell milk chocolate
For the cake:- mix all dry ingredients, make a well and add wet ingredients and mix well. - pour into 7 inch springform pan and bake @ 180 degrees for 25 minutes- turn over onto plate and let cool before adding ganache For Ganache- break chocolate and melt in microwave with alittle ghee (Clarified butter)- add in cream alittle at a time and whisk well to combine- decorate as desired

This is not a big cake, so if you want double layers, you will have to double the recipe.
