SaltGarlic crushedLemon pepperRed chilliesEgg yellow coloringTandoori powderLemon juiceAminas wonder spice Tikka marinade

METHOD

Make a paste with all the spices and sauces. Marinate chicken for a couple hoursLay flat in a pan and cook with ghee (Clarified butter)Before serving, grill for a couple minutes

Serve with chops, salad, naan bread and Lemon wedges
