INGREDIENTS
I packet pasta ½ kg fillet (cubed)3tbs paprika2 teaspoon salt 3tbs garlic powder3tbs mixed herbs2 teaspoon crushed chillies 3tbs ground pepper
Suace:1 red pepper (choped up)2 tamatoes (cubed)3 or 4 garlic cloves (whole)4tbs tamatoe suace4tbs mayonnaise 6tbs sour cream 8tbs fresh cream2tbs paprika2tbs ground pepper 2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon basil
METHOD
1. In a bowel add the chopped fillet and spices, mix well and set aside.2. Boil pasta3. Heat a pot with 3tbs olive oil and add pepper, tamatoes and spices, after a while of sizzling add the tamatoe suace and mayonaise.4. add the cooked tamatoe and pepper mixture into a blender along with the sour cream and fresh cream, blend well.5. In a pot add 3 teaspoon olive oil and slow cook the chicken until ready.6. In a casserole Add the cooked chicken and the ready boiled pasta along with the blended suace and mix well.7. Finish of by topping it with cheese and some mixed herbs. Bake the pasta for about 7 minutes in the oven.8. Enjoy 😋
