Is so versatile..for oven or Stovetop
RECIPE
2 cups of sifted cake flour3 teaspoon baking powder1 level tso saltHalf teaspoon sugarDash of herbs5 tablespoon cooking oil Rub in methodBind dough with ..leftover dhai..yoghurtOr maas..sourmilkOr hot milkMake a nice soft dough
Make equal sized ballsU shud get 16 saucer size rotis..8 parathasRoll out like rotiBrush eggAdd filling of choice Drizzle chutney or sauces over Add cheese overCover with another roti..dont fgt to brush egg on that too..on inside
Heat up the tawaCook on tawa gently ..not too high heatBrush with ghee (Clarified butter) or garlic butterCook till a lovely golden colour and it must be cooked throughCool on rackCut into quarters and serveFor best results serve freshCan be frozen and re heatedThis can be baked tooEnjoy this Sunnyside creation☀
Aloo Paratha Part 2Tried & tested by Sumi
This is the probably the best recipes I’ve ever ever made 😍 I used a normal yeast dough, Arabic dough recipe for the paratha part of it

Bismillah.1. Peel and cut 5 potatoes and boil till soft.
2. Mash potatoes till no lumps.
3. To mashed potatoes add : ¼ teaspoon tumeric, 2 tablespoon plain yoghurt, 2 tablespoon Quality Pickles Aamli sauce, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon crushed green chilli, lots of freshly chopped dhania (coriander) and a squeeze of lemon juice, mix everything together.
4. Heat oil and make Vagaar : a few curry leaves, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1 teaspoon crushed garlic. Add to potatoes and mix.
5. Put potato filling in your roti, lots of grated cheese, put another roti over to cover. Put on Tawa until dark golden, flip and do the same to the other side. ENJOY😍
