INGREDIENTS
swiss role cake4 eggs¼ cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essences2 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon milk¼ cup flourPinch of salt
chocolate ganache 1 slab chocolateNestle dessert and cooking cream
METHOD
Swiss role cake*Separate the yolk from the egg white*In a bowl add the yolk and sugar and mix properly till pale*Add in the oil, vanilla essence and milk and mix*Add in the flour and mix*Whip the egg white and whip till soft peaks are formed and add in the mixture and mix*layer a tray with baking paper and layer the mixture*Bake at 180° degrees for 12-15 minutes
*Remove the swiss roll from the oven*Add new baking paper on a table counter and sprinkle with icing sugar*add the swiss roll over the icing sugar and sprinkle icing sugar again over the swiss roll and roll in the baking paper*Leave aside to cool down
Chocolate ganache Melt the chocolate and add the Nestle dessert cooking cream and pour over the swiss roll
