INGREDIENTS
250g butter 500g icing sugar250ml cocoa1 egg slightly beaten1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 packet crushed marie biscuit
METHOD
*Melt the butter*Add in the icing sugar and mix properly( till there are no lumps )*Stir in the egg and vanilla essence and mix till its smooth*Add in the crushed biscuit and mix properly*Line a tray with butter or Baking paper*Add your mixture in the tray and cut into square pieces*place in the fridge and allow to cool
