Doritos Flaming Hot Strips

INGREDIENTS

650g fillet cut into strips Add ½ cup milk1 teaspoon vinegar ½ teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Salt and pepper

METHOD

Mix above. Set aside. Crush doritos flaming hot crisp. Roll strips in crumbs. Airfry 7-9 minutes. Or bake 10 -12 minutes. Serve with spiced chips
