INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs• 90g butter (melted) • 1 cup flour • 2 tablespoon baking powder • ¼ cup milk • ¼ bunch chopped dhania (coriander)• 2-3 green chillies• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder • 1 teaspoon salt• ¼ teaspoon tumeric• ¼ teaspoon white pepper• 1 tin cream style corn• ¼ cup olive oil/ preferred oil• ½ cup grated cheese
Sesame seeds for the top
METHOD
Beat butter and eggs together.2. Add all other ingredients and mix well3. Pour into a greased oven proof dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds.4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for ± 30min until risen and baked through.5. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
