INGREDIENTS

1 cup ghee (Clarified butter), melted 1½ cup icing suagr Mix till combined

Sift in the 2 Cup flour ¼teaspoon. Baking powder Salt to tasteOn top of the gee mixture

METHOD

Now knead to form a soft dough.Now form a ball ( I used a 1 tablespoon. Measuring spoon to Measure the cookie) place on a buttered tray add almond on top and bake @ 180c for 15 minutes
