INGREDIENTS
½ Cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 Cup Sojee (semolina flour)
2 Cups Milk
4 Cups Grated Carrot
2 Mugs Boiling Water
Pinch Saffron, 1 + Elachi (cardomom)
6 tablespoon Sugar
1 Big tin Nestle Cream
1 Tin Caramel Treat
METHOD
Mix Boiling water, saffron, Elachi (cardomom), Sugar.
In a Separate pot boil milk & carrot till half
reduced. In another pot Braise Sojee (semolina flour) with ghee (Clarified butter).
When braised add water mixture & allow to
absorb into Sojee (semolina flour). Then add carrot & milk
mixture & mix well. Add 1 big tin Nestle Cream &
1 whole Caramel Treat.
