INGREDIENTS

Whisk: 2 eggs1 tablespoon vanilla Pinch salt½ cup sugar 250 ml fresh cream Add in 5 teaspoon baking powder 2 cups flourAdditional 1 cup flour.

METHOD

Make a soft dough. Roll out thick. Cut. Brush with egg. Bake Till golden. Serve with cheese or jam or butter
