4 eggs1 cup oil2 cups castor sugar 1 cup hot water½ cup milk1 heaped teaspoon Nescafe/Jacobs coffee 2 cups flour4 teaspoons baking powder6 Tablespoons good quality cocoa (Nestle or Hersheys)
Whisk together eggs, sugar and oil. Add in liquids and coffee powder.Fold in dry ingredients.Mix lightly and pour into 2 round pans/1 big oven tray. Alternately, use for 2+ dozen cupcakes.Bake on 180°c until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. You may pour a ganache over (4 slabs Cadbury Dairymilk and 1 big tin Nestle) or ice with chocolate buttercream.
