INGREDIENTS
4/5 pieces chicken fillet sliced thin
Marinate with:4 tablespoon double cream yoghurt2 teaspoon Robertsons Portuguese spice1 teaspoon gorimas orange pepper1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder½ teaspoon kandela crushed chillies1 teaspoon crushed green chillies1 teaspoon garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 teaspoon nandos peri peri hot2 teaspoon steers peri peri ¼ cup fresh cream (optional)
METHOD
Layer marinated chicken in glass pyrexSlice red and green pepper on topFew onion rings and small blocks of butter as wellSprinkle parsley🍃
Cover with foil and bake on 200° for 20 minutes. Thereafter remove foil and bake on high for 10 minutes until nicely grilled but not too dry.
