INGREDIENTS
4/5 pieces chicken fillet sliced thin
Marinate with:4 tablespoon double cream yoghurt2 teaspoon Robertsons Portuguese spice1 teaspoon gorimas orange pepper1 teaspoon saltΒ½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powderΒ½ teaspoon kandela crushed chillies1 teaspoon crushed green chillies1 teaspoon garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 teaspoon nandos peri peri hot2 teaspoon steers peri peri ΒΌ cup fresh cream (optional)
METHOD
Layer marinated chicken in glass pyrexSlice red and green pepper on topFew onion rings and small blocks of butter as wellSprinkle parsleyπ
Cover with foil and bake on 200Β° for 20 minutes. Thereafter remove foil and bake on high for 10 minutes until nicely grilled but not too dry.
