INGREDIENTS
500g Chicken Fillets2 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder½ teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon crushed Ginger & Garlic1 teaspoon chili paste Salt to taste1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon yogurt 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
METHOD
Heat clarified butter and cook chicken for a few minutes.
Add ½ roughly chopped onion and 1 cubed tomato, then allow everything to cook till water burns out.
Add boiled potatoes wedge and corn on the cob, give a gentle mix, and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with roti or naan bread.
