INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon flour1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic ½ teaspoon Italian herbA stem of thymeIn a sauce pan on medium heat, add the above and make a roux. Then add
250ml Fresh cream215g Tin of Creamstyle sweetcorn1 teaspoon green chili1 tablespoon Mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste2 tablespoon chopped coriander
Stir continuously until the sauce thickens to your desired level.
METHOD
On your ovenproof casserole dish, arrange the mini bread rolls. Pour thickened sauce over the rolls top with a generous sprinkle of grated cheese. Place into a preheated oven of 180°c until the cheese melts. Enjoy ❤️🔥
