Braise 1 chopped in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in Β½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds Β½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Β½ teaspoon mustard seeds 1 clove minced garlic Curry leaves and slit chillies 1 teaspoon red masalaVeggies of choice.I added:1 big potato cubed3 small baby brenjols cubed3 baby marrow slicedΒ½ cup red and green peppers sliced1 carrot julienned Cook with all spices. Salt dhana jeeru (cumin) arad (Turmeric) chilli powder Add in Β½ cup liquidised tomatoes π Add Β½ cup water.Simmer on low till veggies are cooked and chutney thickens .Serve with hot rotis
