INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs.
1 cup sugar.
1 cup milk.
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
METHOD
Gradually add the flour mixture into the wet
ingredients.
Beat until well combined and smooth.
Divide mixture into two parts. Leave one plain and
the other, add the cocoa.
Preheat oven to 180deg.
Lightly grease a round pan.
The layering of the batter is the most important
part, to get the pattern right.
Scoop 3 heaped tablespoon of plain batter into the
middle of the tin. Now scoop 3 heaped tablespoon of
cocoa batter into the middle of that plain batter.
Continue doing this DO NOT wait until batter
spreads, just continue, it would spread and fill the
pan by itself gradually. Bake
for 30-40min or until a skewer comes out clean.
Sprinkle with icing sugar. or drizzle with
chocolate .
