RECIPE

1 egg250ml (1 cup) of milk2 tablespoon oil1 cup of flour1 tablespoon of sugar1 teaspoon of baking powderAdd egg yolks and sugar to the mixing bowl.Whisk with a mixer.Add milk, oil, and sifted flour.Mix.In another bowl, whisk the egg whites.Mix with the first mixture and add the baking powder.Rest for 5 minutes.Bake in a pan.Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
