RECIPE
Passion fruit pannacotta:

2x 500 ml fresh cream
2 cups milk
¾ tin Condensed milk(according to how sweet you want it)
3 tablespoon gelatine(mix with a little cold water/hot water and set Aside)
½-1 cup Granadilla Pulp(depending on how much you like)
Yellow colouring
1 teaspoon lemon essence/ zest
Combine all ingredients together
On low and bring to a boil (excluding gelatine)
Once it boils remove from heat and add gelatine mixture
Leave to cool then set in dessert cups
I used leftover granadilla pulp and ¼ cup of castor sugar leave on stove till it get slighty to a syrup form
Then leave aside to cool and pour over pannacotta or Decorate as desired
