INGREDIENTS
3 chicken fillets - sliced Woolies stir-fry veg1 pack Woolies coconut stir-fry saucePack of rice noodles- I used 4 noodle cakes Chilli flakes Garlic and green chilliesSaltPepperSome chicken spice Lemon juiceSoya sauceOlive oil , I did not have so I used sunflower oilWok or large pan
METHOD
Marinate the chicken in the spices except the woolies sauce and soya sauce. Rinse veg, I added a pack of mushrooms.Add noodles to a bowl of boiling water Heat oil and stir fry as follows :ChickenRemove then add veg Remove noodles from boiled water and add to pan with the fried vegAdd sauce and some soya sauce.. theofor Chilli and salt and add if required.Lastly once veg and noodles are nicely coated in sauces, add chicken and stir fry a bit.Serve
