Boil 2½ cups riceDrain set aside. Fry 6 - 8 potatoes cut in ¼s. Fry set aside.
Braise 1 big sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) Elachi (cardomom) Add in 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon saltSaffron essence 1 kg washed and drained chicken mince Break up mince as it cooks. Add in 1½ cups liquidised tomatoes 🍅 3 grated carrots 1½ cup peas1½ cup chopped robot peppers 1 cup sour milk Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add potatoes 🥔 and dhania (coriander). Top with rice. Sprinkle fried onions 🌰 & chopped dhania (coriander). Sprinkle ¼ cup water. Cover with foil and steam in oven for 30 minutes. Serve with dahy and carrot salad 🥗
