Break up as it cooksAdd in 1 cup liquidised tomatoes 🍅 ¼ cup Tomato 🍅 puree ½ cup sour milk 2 grated carrots 🥕 1 red and 1 green pepper chopped1 cup frozen peas.Cook above 10 minutes.Lay Potatoes 🥔 Top with dhania (coriander) and riceSprinkle fried onions 🌰 and blobs of butter and dhania (coriander). Cover with foil Steam at 180⁰ for 40 minutes.Serve with dahy and kachumbar
