INGREDIENTS

1kg fillets strips1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 2 tablespoon flour 1 egg3 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice Mix together. Fry Boil 2gether 100g butter ½ cup tomato 🍅 sauce 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic ¼ packet Tomato paste Red coloring ♥️ sesame seeds 1 teaspoon hot chilli powder 1 teaspoon paprika2 tablespoon honey 🍯

METHOD

Toss above. Bake in oven till heated thru
