1 kg chicken fillet 6 large tomatoes 6 flakes of garlic 1 inch piece of ginger 1 small onion 2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon mustard powder salt
- Make a puree of the tomatoes with garlic, ginger and onion in blender. - Steam the chicken till done and water dries up. - Arrange the chicken pieces in a greased baking dish and then pour the puree on top, mixed with all the seasonings and butter. - Cover and bake in a moderately heated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. - Serve hot or cold.
