Mince :1 kg chicken/mutton mince 1 large OnionOil2 teaspoon crushed dhania (coriander)1&½ teaspoon Chilli powder ¾ teaspoon crushed Garlic½ teaspoon black Pepper ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder 1&½ teaspoon Salt2 tablespoon Tomato paste Tomatoe sauce :3 tablespoon Oil1 tin Tomato and Onion mix½ teaspoon ground Green chillies 3 teaspoon Mixed herbs1&½ teaspoon Sugar½ teaspoon Black Pepper ¾ teaspoon Salt White sauce:3 cups Milk2&½ tablespoon Flour120 gr Butter Salt & Pepper to taste
Mince :Make a vagaar with the onion and oil.Once done add in all the spices and braise nicely.Once braised add in the mince and mix.Leave to braise, then add the tomato paste and a little water.Leave to cook. Tomao sauce :Warm the oil in a pot.Add in the ground green chillies and leave to braise.Add the rest of the ingredients in the pot and leave to cook. Once done remove and from the heat and leave to cool. White sauce:Add the ingredients all together and mix with a whisk all the time till it boils and thickens. In a casserole put a thin layer of white sauce at the bottom. Stuff the Cannalonni tubes with mince and place over the white sauce. Pour the tomato sauce over, spread the white sauce over that. Sprinkle cheese on top and some mixed herbs. Bake on 180 degrees till done Enjoy!
