INGREDIENTS
1 Lt of water½ tablespoon of salt1 tablespoon butter3 ½ Cups of cream of Maize1 ½ cup of flour
METHOD
Boil the waterWhen it starts to boil add in the salt and butterWhen it dissolves add in the cream of maizePoke holes then cover for a minuteOpen pot and mix the maize mealMix for 5 minutes, you will start to see it will pull from the sidesRemove from pot into a dishLet it cool down for 5 minutesAdd in the flour and start kneading Have some water in a small bowl on the sideDip hands in water and knead till the flour incorporates with the maize and you have a soft dough.Allow to rest for 10 minutesStart rolling out and toast on a hot thava.

This Recipe makes 2 dozen of roti
Can brush with butter When toasting
Enjoy with curries or with just butter and Tea :-)
