INGREDIENTS
2 c cake flour½ c maizena (corn flour)1 c icing sugar250 grams butter½ c chopped pecans¼ c oil
METHOD
Sift dry ingredients and then set aside.
In a bowl,cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy,then add oil.
Add dry ingredients a little at a time to make a soft dough.
Add the pecans and mix well.
Press dough in a greased baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
