RECIPE

Boil 8 cubed potatoes. Drain set aside.Saute 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with 2 tablespoon ground green chillies Add 2 potatoes with 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn 1 tin whole kernel corn 300ml fresh cream Mix above bake 40 minutes.Optional:Cubed butternut Sauted mushrooms 🍄 Grated cheese onced baked
This dish is a prefect side for steak or chicken
