Potatoes Fresh thymeChopped GarlicBlack pepperSaltButter and oil
Prick potatoes several times and microwave on high for 5 minutes( 2.5 minutes per side)Check if fully cooked or cook further until softThen,once cool,chop into pieces. Heat some butter and oil,add in the crushed garlic,cook until the garlic becomes brown,taking care it doesn't burn. Add in potatoes,then season with thyme, salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and allow potatoes to redden before serving.
