INGREDIENTS
1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
¼ - ½ teaspoon green chillies
½ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together and make batter.
- Grease pan with a little oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto frying pan and flatten
with the back of a spoon.
- When bubbles pop, turn over and cook till done.
- Cook on low heat.
