My Version Of The Chicken Corn Soup - Yummy 😋
Chicken Corn Soup

INGREDIENTS
3 Chicken Breasts - Washed & Cut Into Cubes
½ - 1 Onion - chopped
1 Can Creamstyle Corn (optional)
250ml Fresh Cream
3 tablespoon Butter/Rama
1 teaspoon Jeera/Cumin powder
1 tablespoon Ginger/Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
Salt (don't add too much coz the soup has salt)
1 - 2 Pkts Knorr White Onion Soup OR any other soup excl the curried ones (dis is used to thicken the soup) I use 2 pkts
A few green chillies - depends on how strong u want it
Fresh dhania (coriander)/Coriander for garnishing
METHOD
1. Melt butter in the pot, when melted add onions, fry till translucent,
2. Add chicken with spices,
3. Let it cook for a few minutes till it browns a bit,
4. Add sweetcorn and chilies...let it braise a few minutes (abt 5mins),
5. Now add the soup mix dat was mixed with 1 litre water,
6. Let it boil till it thickens (abt 15mins),
7. Lastly add fresh cream and let it boil for abt 5mins,
8. Sprinkle chopped fresh dhania (coriander) on top and switch stove OFF.
INFO & TIPS
ENJOY with French Loaf, Croutons, Bread Or Rice 💗
