INGREDIENTS
1 tray salmon / trout (4 in a tray) cut into cubes1 red pepper5 - 6 cloves garlic crushed1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon paprika¼ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon chilli flakes1 teaspoon dried parsley1 tablespoon olive oilJuice of ½ lemon
SaltCrushed black pepper
METHOD
1. Chargrilled pepper in a frypan and chop up fine, almost to a paste2. Add in rest of the ingredients3. Thread onto skewers4. Spread marinade over fish and fry till cooked( can cook fish in airfryer)
5. Serve with side salad, pita bread and sauce
INFO & TIPS
I didnt roast red pepper but threaded it onto fish and served that way
I used levrek (sea bass) available in Turkey
