REMEMBER:ADJUST SALT IF NECESSARY AS SOUP POWDERS HAVE SALT
1 cup chicken fillet cubed½ grated OnionGreen masala½ teaspoon Garlic½ teaspoon Ginger1 teaspoon White PepperMixed herbsLittle whole jeera1 teaspoon Green chilli 1 & ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix Braise for a few minutesAdd +- 1 can Cream style Corn or Whole Kernel or Frozen Cornlittle grated Carrots and handfull of Mushrooms (optional)Robot peppers (optional)Braise In a Seperate bowl add1 packet White onion1 packet Mushroom and1 Packet chicken Soup (optional) mix Or Vegetable soup (white Soup one) Mix well in 4 cups water Add to the above Mix well Now add+- 5 Cups Milk and add to soupLet it all boil keep stirring until you get the consistency you require Once doneand the add 1 cup fresh cream, (Optional is Nestle Dessert Cream)ADJUST THE TASTE Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander) Shallot Or Green Onion.You can add Shrimps, Prawn, Mixed Veges, Noodles etcEnjoy
