INGREDIENTS
250g butter1 Cup icing sugar1/2 Cup oil1 Cup cornflour 1 teaspoon vanilla2 tablespoon coffee powder*1 tablespoon warm water2 Cup flour
METHOD
Cream together butter and sugarDissolve the coffee powder in the warm waterAdd in cornflour and oilStir in vanillaAdd the coffee to the above mixtureAdd in flour to form dough
Shape and cut or use a nozzleFor biscuits Bake at 160 for 15mins
INFO & TIPS
Reduce coffee to 1&1/2teaspoon unless you prefer it quite strong (I used a strong coffee (Nescafé good) therefore reduced amount)
