In A Seperate Bowl
Add 1 Cup Luke Warm MILK2 Eggs2 tablespoon OilVanilla essence2 tablespoon Sugar (I used 6 tablespoon Sugar I enjoy it Sweet)You may AddBeat well
Gradually Add the Liquid to the DRY ingredients beating wellTo Slightly thickish batter(You Can add Luke Warm WATERif you prefer a Thinner Batter at the end of the mixture
Heat a Pan drizzle OilThe Pan must be hot - the oil must skidPour Ladle fullFry and Flip over like you would do for PancakesENJOY
Serving suggestionButter, Cheese. Jam, Maple or Golden Syrup, Honey, Nutella, Fresh cream , Peanut Butter etc
For Savory OMIT SUGARS AND VANILLA ADD SALTTopping of your choice Chicken, Polony etc Cheeses and Creams etc
