Mochachos Chips!even Better!

INGREDIENTS

3-4potatoes,cut for chips
Oil for frying
Baking powder
Original Mochachos Chips spice
Oven heated at 160c

METHOD

Fry your chips half way in hot oil,
sprinke baking powder on chips and toss
in colander, give the 2nd fry, then
sprinkle on mochachos chips spice and
toss again,no salt please! Leave in
oven for 4 to 7minutes uncovered
depending how hot is your oven,then
serve!this trick allows the mochachos
chips spice to become coated and
flavour to go into the chips!try
it,its a winner!
