Pink Falooda

INGREDIENTS

1L milk1 teaspoon Falooda powder 2 drops of pink colouring 2 tablespoon milk powder 2 tablespoon custard powder ½ cup sugar

METHOD

*From the 1L milk put aside ½ cup of milk and boil the rest *With the ½ cup of milk add in milk powder , custard powder , falooda powder and pink colouring and mix *when the milk starts boiling add in the sugar and mix and thereafter add the falooda mixture and mix for 1 minutes *Add in bowls or in a tray *Top with pistachios and dry roses.* refrigerate and enjoy 🩷
