METHOD
1 small tin sweet corn chop in 1 red onion, 1 small tomato,1 carrot grated, few jalapeños chopped small (I used ones from jar) chop in spring onion & coriander, salt minced green chilli to taste, black pepper, garlic powderAdd in 1/2cup mayonnaise, 1/4cup garlic sauce, few tablespoonchilli sauce, mix together & serve
