INGREDIENTS
                      3 cups flour1 level teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 full teaspoon salt
Mix well together until mixture resembles breadcrumbs
                    
METHOD
                      Make dough with lukewarm milk Approx. 1 ¾ to 2 cups milk
Divide in 2 and roll each out into a large roti. ( one at a time )Use a puri cutter to cut rounds
Fry in medium hot deep oil until it puffs up.
